Today, we're thrilled to unveil two great features that will improve the way you collaborate on video projects: Mark as Complete and Saved Orders. Designed with you in mind, these tools simplify your editing process, promote consistency, and empower your team to produce exceptional content effortlessly.


Seamless Access to MarketScale Studio


Your creative journey begins with the MarketScale Studio. Simply navigate to a media card within your feed and click the MarketScale Studio button. Instantly, you're immersed in the Proofing Room, your central hub for managing media files and initiating edit requests with unparalleled ease.



Introducing 'Mark as Complete'

Clear communication is the cornerstone of successful collaboration. With Mark as Complete, you can now effortlessly signal when a video project has reached its final iteration. After reviewing your edited video—be it after one revision or several—simply click the Mark as Complete button. This action not only informs your team that the project is finalized but also keeps your workflow organized and clutter-free.



Automatic Completion for Inactive Projects

We understand that sometimes projects can become dormant. If a video hasn't been marked as complete within 30 days and no new revisions have been requested, MarketScale will automatically consider it finalized. But don't worry—flexibility is at the heart of our platform. You can reopen the project at any time to add comments or request further edits.


Unlock Creativity with 'Saved Orders'


Consistency and inspiration are key to creating compelling content. Saved Orders allows you to capture the essence of your favorite edits and reuse them as templates for future projects.



How It Works

  1. Save Your Favorite Edits: After marking a video as complete, select the Save Order option. This preserves the specific settings, styles, and preferences that made your edit stand out.


  2. Add Personalized Notes: Give your Saved Order a memorable title and include notes that highlight what makes it unique—whether it's a particular intro, music choice, or visual effect.


  3. Share Across Your Organization: Saved Orders are accessible to your entire team, promoting a unified brand image and simplifying the content creation process for everyone.



Streamlined Future Requests

When you're ready to embark on a new project:


  1. Click Request Edit Now in the Proofing Room.

  2. Browse the Saved Orders banner at the top of the form.

  3. Select your preferred template.


The edit request form will automatically populate with the details from your Saved Order, making it shorter and more focused. Add any additional notes or instructions, and you're all set. This ensures your editors have clear guidance, aligning the final product with your vision.
