Today, we pause to honor and express our deepest gratitude to the men and women who have served in the U.S. armed forces. Their bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to protecting our freedoms inspire us all. Alongside them, we recognize the families who supported them every step of the way—the loved ones who experienced their absence, shared their strength, and continue to stand by them long after their service.
For many, Veterans Day is also a time of personal reflection. It’s a day to remember family members who served and to share the impact they've had on our lives. From grandfathers who fought bravely in WWII to fathers and grandfathers who served in Vietnam, each story holds a cherished place in our hearts. For some, these heroes aren’t just figures from history but family members who taught them what it means to stand strong, face the uncomfortable, and sacrifice for a greater purpose.
As we remember our veterans, we also extend our appreciation to the families who supported them, both during their service and long after they returned home. Their resilience and love have been vital, and we honor their role in these journeys of courage and dedication.
To every veteran and every military family member, we say thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and commitment to our freedoms will never be forgotten. Today, we celebrate you, and we carry forward the values and lessons you’ve given us all. Happy Veterans Day.
